DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

By making an appointment at Newcastle Laser and Beauty Clinic you agree to our Cancellations policy below.

 

• A deposit is required for all appointment bookings.

• Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or cash.

• Deposits will be redeemed against cost of treatment.

• Your appointment time will not be secured until a deposit has been paid.

• Appointment cancellations must give at least 48 hours notice to receive a refund of deposit.

• Deposit will be non refundable for those who cancel within 48 hours of appointment or missed appointments.

 

Deposit Amounts;

• Under £100: £10 deposit

• £100 to £199: £20 deposit

• Over £200: £30 deposit
